PB, whom way back in 2008 posted Notes of a Journey Trilogy over on Maddy Belle's site, has had their pages here on BCTS recently updated to reflect that their sales, no longer with LULU.com, are now with Amazon.com! I had to redo every page! ><

This was a wonderful alternate ending…….
To the whole Gaby series. It begins just before the gang’s trip to Virginia, but it quickly splits off from there. What starts out as variations from the original version of that trip, quickly begins to take a radically different direction.
Although the series of books were at times extremely difficult to read due to the higher emotional content, and the fact that I had to pause my reading to dry my tears on multiple occasions, it had a harder hitting and somehow more real feel than the original Gaby stories. It develops the relationship between Gaby and Maddy to a logical conclusion, complete with all of the road blocks and detours that are inherent to many relationships in the real world.
If you haven’t read these books, I would highly recommend doing so. If you are a fan of the original, real Gaby series by Maddy Bell, this gives you an alternative version using some of the same characters, expanding on lesser characters from the original series, and introducing new characters.
I love the Gaby series as Maddy has written it, but I also love the alternate timeline as written by PB.

Good to know
I had a small part in PB's stories, so I'm thrilled whenever they get a plug. They are fun and realistic while being true to Maddie's story. Haven't heard from PB in a long time, so I'm happy to hear he's still around.
