A New Cheerleader- by Spencer1x
"Hi my name is Spencer, or at least it was before this mess. This is the story on how my life changed for the better (or worse depending on your point of view). And how I got to become one of the cheerleaders in my school."
Chapter 1- The Start Of A New Life
It was a hot sunny day in California, I was outside with the sun beating down on my now slightly sticky back. The leafs were blowing gently in the warm breeze causing what seemed like colourful tornados by my feet. It was now the beginning of the summer and although I have been here for almost a year I was still not used to the hot climate of America.
You see my family are actually English except for my mother who is American, my dad comes from a very posh family that has an ancient history that goes all the way back to the Tudors where we married into the royal family. But we no longer have any ties to the crown, anyway my dad is an engineer who travels a lot and when he went to America he met my mother who comes from a very religious family, although she isn't actually that religious herself.
I have two stepsisters and a brother, my brother Joe is 22 years old and he is a professional chef, although I don't actually hear from him anymore since he still lives in England. Both of my stepsisters live with my family. Since their mother died of Cancer my dad remarried my mum and they moved in with us because they had nowhere else to go. Then when I turned 14 my dad got an amazing job offer and we moved to America, my sisters are called Sophie and Alice. Sophie is my age at 15 and Alice is 18.
But anyway I'm getting distracted, as I was saying I was walking down the street going to school in my usual get up of tight jeans and a t-shirt wearing my only pair of vans and a digital watch, I also had a few wristbands on to boot. I was walking next to my sister Sophie as we both go to the same school and we are also both sophomores in high school. She was wearing a tight tank top and short shorts which showed off her curves and long slender legs, she also had some shoes with a tiny bit of heel on them. She has long wavy brown hair that goes past halfway down her back and a cute face.
She and I were actually quite similar in body build as we are both considered petite, but her in a girl way and me in a boy way which I was not too happy about. I also had long brown hair going halfway down my back as well, some people actually think that we are twins sometimes which is kinda weird but understandable as we do look similar, but the strangest thing is that some people think I'am a girl. Especially when I'm next to Soph, I guess I don't help it by having long hair but I think the main problem is that I'am petite.
Which is why when I was 9 I took gymnastics with my sisters to help me get some muscle mass, they also both took ballet but I never did, it was too girly for me although I did occasionally help with their routines. I also did a bit of swimming and running for a year as well so I was quite the athlete, but even though I was very fit and healthy and I gained a nice tone of muscle it didn't really help.
In fact it actually made it a bit worse as now I have a very thin waist which apparently according to my sisters many girls are jealous of, which kinda scared me.But now I basically don't really care too much anymore. I just try to ignore the teasing and the catcalls from the 'twat-heads', and just go with the flow.
But anyway back to the main story, as I was walking down the street with Sophie she was discussing on how she is looking forwards to the cheerleading tryouts.
"Omg Spenc I can't believe i'm this excited to do cheerleading at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it or not but now I can't wait!" Her friends wanted her to join the team as she was quite literally fit and able, she also does gymnastics as I mentioned earlier so it wasn't totally surprising.
"Yeah! You couldn't really do it much in the UK so this is a good chance to try something new." She looked at me enthusiastically for a moment then stopped dead and looked at me with a keen expression on her face.
"Spene?" I stopped and looked back at her. "What?".
"Spenc I know this is completely out of the blue but can I perhaps do your hair and put some makeup on you."
I looked at her confusingly for a moment. "Oh yeah sure you can" I said sarcastically, then I saw the look on her face. "Wait you're being serious?"
"Well yeah, you would look so cute and pretty, your hair is just the right length to do so many styles with, your face is quite feminine and you have a body that almost any girl would kill for." This shocked me and made me blush a bit as well.
"Uhhhh no." I had no idea what brought this to her mind but I bet she is trying to trick me into something, she has always been quite the prankster.
"Awwww come on! It will be fun," don't you just want to see for curiosity's sake?"
I sighed. "No. And by the way I don't look that feminine almost everyone thinks that I am a guy." My sister looked at me with certainty.
"I bet they don't."
This is where I say the most stupidest thing ever. "Oh ok then I bet you 20 bucks that for the next guy I see he won't think I'am a girl." Sophie then looked at me with a happy yet menacing expression on her face.
"You're on but you have to flirt with the guy. And if I win you have to let me dress you completely up like a girl for a whole day. Deal?" I barely even thought about it."Deal!"
We carried on walking along for about 20 mins, Sophie talked about only 3 things the entire time. The latest fashion, her friends/cheerleading and how cute I will look as a girl. That was until we heard a roar of an engine not too far off, we both simultaneously turned to see what it was.
It was a red and orange Lamborghini, suddenly I realised who it was and I started to die inside begging that he won't notice Sophie or me but unfortunately he did notice and the sports car slowed down to a halt right next to us. Driving the car was non other than Chad. (You have no idea how many Chads there are) Chad is the quarterback in the junior football team not as important as a senior but still up there.
"Hey girls do you want a lift?" Soph said "Sure" then gave me an evil smile, I glared at her back, she then went close to me and whispered in my ear, "you're going to look so pretty in a dress, don't forget the bet."
I then instantly regretted agreeing to the bet. Sophie sat in the back so I was forced to sit in the front with Chad, but a deal was a deal so reluctantly I started to flirt with Chad. It did suck donkey balls doing it, but I did try because I do honour my word. Although it was quite difficult to pay attention to Chad due to Sophie's soft giggling.
Fortunately Chad did eventually change the subject when we were a few minutes from school to ask Sophie if she was joining the cheerleaders. This carried on until we got to school when Chad suddenly turned to me and said something I did not expect,
"I hope you're going to do cheerleading as well I think you would look cute in that outfit and that you would do good at it as well. Tell you what if you try out and get on the squad I'll take you on a date...umm...sorry what is your name you never said?"
Sophie was stunned from shock with her mouth so wide open a spider could make its web in it. I looked blankly at Chad unsure what to say, then Sophie answered for me. "Her name is Cori."
"Cori... Well it is nice to meet you Cori." Then without warning he kissed me on the cheek, he nodded towards Sophie, "Soph" then we all got out of the car.
He said farewell and left for class, me and Sophie just looked at one another dumbstruck then she said."It seams that I won the bet, you are going to make such a cute girl 'Cori'.

Hope you enjoyed the first chapter more coming soon first time ever doing a story.
Poor Cori...
in a bit of a situation I see. I have read similar stories elsewhere by others, but this one-so far-is quite exceptionally well done. These type are the only CD stories I tend to enjoy. I usually prefer fully changed stories, but this one holds promise to be on my favorites list. Not that this means anything. I am nobody, but I am officially a fan.
I am a Proud mostly Native American woman. I am bi-polar. I am married, and mother to three boys. I hope we can be friends.
formating
you really need to format this, otherwise it's a hard-to-read block of text.

I second the motion.
More paragraphs as a first start. You could just randomly sprinkle a dozen carriage returns (kind of like pixie dust!) and improve things.
But it does have promise.

Obviously
...there's been some formatting since your comment.
But there's a good rule for all beginning writers to recall: "Mister Paragraph is your friend."

Out of the blue?
Sophie's question to Spencer couldn't have come out of the blue. With his looks, and hair length, she had to have been wondering what he'd look like dressed as a girl.
Well, she got her wish, or she won the bet, so now she'll get the chance to answer her question. But what kind of a situation will she get Cori into by winning the bet? And will Cori be able to handle a day dressed as a girl?
Others have feelings too.
I hope Chad is a flexible young man
otherwise "Cori" is gonna be in trouble soon ...
A new cheerleader
I look forward to seeing how Cori turns out!
