To reach my current weight goal of 140 pounds. After the weight loss of 30 pounds over about a three month period, it feels slower now that I'm watching it this closely. (Note: I'm about 5'5" in height, so 140 seems like a good weight to me.)

My loose areas of skin where old fat deposits were are pretty well tightened up now, and there don't appear to be any visible stretch marks left behind.

When I look at my silhouette in just work shorts, bra, and tank, I see a girl. Complete with a killer athletic figure and tiny boobs. Not sure how no one seems to be noticing, or if they are, they aren't saying anything.

of pounds doesn't worry me. Muscle is heavier than fat, after all. If one is short and very muscular, one's BMI will say "obese" when one obviously is not! As long as your figure looks right, you're in business.
Just how killer IS your athletic figure? Are we talking murderous, or total genocide and extinction? = )

If it was murderous or above, I'd have said so. Might get there though, who knows at this point? It has, after all, only been about 4 or 5 months since I started noticing my body changing, and not just changing as in weight loss either ;)

Away to go girl!

It feels absolutely marvellous to lose weight and wear smaller dresses.

A few months before I retired (Jun 2010) I was 15 stones (210 lbs) 5'10" and 44inch waist aged 64. A real lard-arse size 22 dresses (UK Size.)

Today after dieting, excercising and going on hormones I am 11 stone 12 lbs (166 pounds), still 5'10" and a 32" waist. 42 hips (I've always had girly hips) and wait for this; 36C breasts. That is a really killer figure for a 5'10" tall girl.

I'm trying to get my waist down to about 30" but those last couple of inches are a real struggle because I only cycle for excercise. It's difficult doing twisting and bending excercises at age 65 having done little excercise throughout my working life as a ship's captain. I can assure you that dieting and regular excercise DOES work!

I now get into a size 12 to 14 LBD and enjoy serious fun out clubbing. LGBT girls are really supportive especially when I strut my stuff on the dance floor.

The piccie below shows the fun you can have if you work really hard at making yourself presentable. They're all fascinated by my real 36 C boobs.

This is the sort of fun you can have at aged 65 in Club 'EXIT' in Cardiff Wales UK on Sept 3rd 2011 Mardigras night. The two girls are a regular LGBT couple I meet when I go clubbing. They are a genuinely fun-loving pair.

Needless to add, I'm the one in the LWD in the middle and that's my own hair!

Keep on trucking girl and keep up the good work at weightloss! I think you'll agree, IT'S FUN! FUN! FUN!

The trouble is, my wife now reckons I'm 'fattist' cos I don't like fat people. Most of them are just lazy and greedy.

Or an Hourglass. Can be hard to tell without seeing an image with tight enough clothes.

I seem to be developing into a Cornet, at least for now. My hips don't seem to be widening any further, so the only way I might become a Vase is if my slightly high waist (just above my belly button by about a half inch or inch) gets to 28", which I think unlikely at this point and remain healthy. You can lose too much weight too, after all.

But then, the hips might surprise me and suddenly sprout out some more.

At this point though, all I'm expecting is some boob development.
