I've posted another teaser from Volume 5 in the stories section. Vol 6 is a work in progress and so is Vesta's Hearth Volume 5. And then, hopefully I can see about planning a volume from my competition short story but that's months away.
Meanwhile, anybody interested in an awayday trip to Charlotte's island?
I've just posted my entry in the September contest and it's about an actor/dancer who has two auditions in one day for the same part. But he does have help from a new friend...
I have posted the first chapter of Footprints in the Sea Volum 5 and it is available now. on Amazon E Books and if you can't wait to read a bit more on here, just click the link in the right hand column and TC will earn a small commission from sales.
There has been a longer than usual delay and I'm sorry but I have a lot going on at the moment including a visit to the hospital for my annual blood check. They found a suitable vein but when they inserted the needle there was no blood so they had to use a metre and a half long needle to find some down near my left foot.
It's been longer than I expected, loads going on at the moment but only a couple of weeks later than I promised, Footsteps in the Sea volume 5, with the title Volcano is up on Amazon Kindle and should be available on Monday or soon after.
There will be a link in the right hand column so order from here and help the site.
After a few months of not publishing anything new and now settled, (almost) in my new palatial residence I have posted a new book on Kindle. This is a collection of 2 novellas and a short story entitled Pennies, Charcoal and Latex and is available now at the kindle EBook store the link to which is on this page, right hand side.
In the near future I will also be publishing volume five of Footprints in the Sea, probably late May or June and in the Autumn I will have Vol 5 of Vesta’s Hearth and if there’s still time, a second trilogy before Christmas.
A new EC regulation concerning restrictions on the use of personal details by organisations and companies who use those details on-line comes into force on May 25th.
Chapter 76 of Vol. 4 has been posted and Charlotte shows her romantic side. A non TG fiction will be up on my website and available through the Top Hat link here sometime next week, this is the second in the series of Albion's Children.
I am well into the collection of TG novellas and short stories and I'll let you know as soon as it's published and if I can I will post a few snippets on here. I may also publish this as a paperback, again, I'll let you know because how much I post here may be influenced by the paperback publisher.
In my last posted chapter of Footprints in the Sea the title is correct, it is Vol 4. Chapter 74 but a couple or so lines down in the body text I had titled it as Chapter 73.
It is now corrected and I am sorry if I have confused anybody. It is definately a new chapter so you haven't missed anything and I will be posting chapter 75 next.
Slouches off stage right mumbling something about senior moments and returns: Happy New Year again, er that's for 2017/2018.
Chapter 73 of Vol 4 is now on Top Shelf. I will try to post another after boxing day and I am also posting the second volume of Lake of the Guardian, one of my non TG novels but that will be on Amazon not TC though I understand that BC does earn a commission if it's ordered through the link on this page.
Thank you for all the support you have shown me and the help and comments I have received in the past, it is read and noted, in fact it's very important to me. Just knowing that my work is read and appreciated is my best Christmas present.
The second chapter of Footprints in the Sea has been posted (Chapter 72 in the series) and the full vol is now live on Amazon Kindle. The link in the right hand column of this page helps Big Closet to earn a small commission.
Another teaser for a tale to be included in my upcoming anthology. But it may confuse the reader and cause vertigo-like symptoms, excessive lust and a fetish for experimenting with paint brushes.
My recent addition to the New Stories pages had an effect I was not expecting. I refer to 'Charcoal, Cosmetics and Champagne'. It caught me because though I knew it would be read I didn't expect to receive the reviews.
Another non TG story is or will soon be on my Amazon home page. This one is Children of Albion, (Elaeth's Dream). This is another reminder that the book is not TG but an historical novel set in 40BC.
But later today, (Friday) I will be posting another teaser from the short stories I am publishing as an anthology later in the year which is TG. The pace to this is a little different to that of Latex Lady but the TG element comes out early in the tale. Another teaser from this series will follow next week and soon Vol Four of Footprints in the Sea.
I'm having a rush of senior moments or the rest of the world is.
I am scheduled to move to my new address, (about seven miles away) tomorrow and Virgin, my internet broadband supplier phoned on Friday to tell me they can't reconnect me on Wednesday as promised. (They have problems with their cables and junction boxes, as if I care,) and will have to dig up the road so I won't be back on line for 12 to 15 weeks!
So it's goodbye Virgin and I've signed up with a company that heads the 'Which' internet provider list and they have scheduled me for 12 working days.
I never realised I could run on the ceiling without hanging onto the light pendant but I'm doing it now and typing a bit of Blog at the same time.
I've just been told I have been allocated a flat I viewed yesterday and can move in Monday week so for a week or two I'll be getting things sorted and may move in over three weeks.
I've posted chapter 53 of Footprints in the Sea today and there will be one other chapter and then I must stop or have to suffer the wrath of Amazon.
Just when I thought I could take a couple of days off, Amazon have made Footprints in the Sea, Vol.3 The Enchanted Island live.
I wasn't expecting it until Wednesday. Now I'll have to get back to Volume 4 and cancel my plans for two evenings down the pub and do a proofing of the next chapter of Volume 3 and post that.
Thank you to all the people who gave me kudos and responded to my previous blog, I will be contacting you via PM later this week.
Next week I might go south and attend Charlotte's wedding.
