Not going to finish
The story I've been working on won't be ready in time, (I thought it was going to be a short story but it turned into a novella) but I still enjoy these contests for their power to inspire.
And no matter what...
...when you do finish, I know it will be well worth the wait. Looking forward to another great story!

Great Contest Steph
Well done because you attracted lots of interest and we saw a variety of stories around the theme you suggested. For me it was so much fun that I posted 4 stories and I had great fun writing them. None of them took up as much time to write as I expected and all of them brought out experiences or places I'd visited. Then my thoughts go to even more nice memories and I guess that means more stories are waiting to come out and same for other writers. We only need an excuse or a prompt to speak out.
