After I read Katie's latest blog, I wondered if I should apologize for my writing too. I seem to have the opposite problem than her - I cant make my stories long enough. Someone on fictionmania described my last story "Case file" as "more of an elevator pitch of a story than the full story".'
I have what I think are wonderful ideas in my head, but when I write them they end up being postcards instead of major motion pictures ...
So my apologies to all.

No need to apologise Dorothy!
No need to apologise Dorothy! Just keep writing the stories you want to write. :-)
"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."
I like short stories...
Given my short attention span.
You can always rewrite them if the muse hits.
No apologies needed or wanted
No apologies needed or wanted from any writer. Everyone has there own writing style; you and Katie are BOTH darn good in my book. I personally admire each and every person who writes and posts stories/poems and even blog about their personal woes and joys and everything in between. I rarely comment on a story and I keep forgetting to log in to at least give an author kudos; for this I apologize to one and all.
Keep on writing Your stories the way you want......if someone doesn't appreciate them, too flipping bad for them.
When life throws tomatoes at you, make spaghetti sauce.
Ok. WTH is going on?
Why are the authors hear starting to apologize for writing stories that people like reading. I am confused. I just hope it doesn't mean the story weavers we enjoys stop weaving.
Oh this reply also goes out to Katie and also to Elrod, and few others who seem to be vacillating toward similar mind sets.

The Length does not matter
hmmm that sounds familiar. Oh Well in any case Dorothy you and Katie have nothing to apologize for, you are both wonderful writers. and that goes for all the rest as well, , okay except me, I have got to stop confusing people, by leaving things out, um oh well love you all
Goddess Bless you

Young Lady......
Apology not excepted! Simply because there was no need for it. Long or short doesn't matter, you write what you feel like! Loving Hugs, Popcorn Lady
Not at all.
Length doesn't matter, it what you do with it.
Just keep writing what you want to write.
*Huggles* ^_^
For stealing Tel's pink girly clothing???
If you are then maybe you should apologise :) You two really should stop trying to out-girly the other...
I do NOT have pink clothing
Well maybe one or two tops, and a pair of shoes... but thats it!
I'm color blind... I thought it was red...really...
Anyways Dorothy GIVES me pink clothing. She doesn't steal it!
Note: She's the girlie girl. I'm much to masculine to be a girlie girl.
dont believe tels, folks !
I have only one pink blouse, and a pair of pink earrings.
Jaci is much more girlie than me!
Dorothy!
Quit lying!
Your gonna get us in trouble with papa again!
Even though im the innocent boy and your the fibbing girl.
Papa!
Jaci, you are a girl! I am not nearly as girly as you!
Innocent
You are as innocent as I am and I readily admit that I am not innocent. The U.S. Army gave me a hat and badge to commemorate this (Drill Sgt):)
Definitely,
Bike is one of my shorter stories at only 3,000,000+ words.
Seriously, what for? Quality isn't reflected in quantity (except in Bike of course). Randa wrote one recently that was very short but also very good. Stories don't have to be long or short, just right or should that be, just write?

Dorothy you and Katie
Have a habit of looking for a sward to throw your self upon. Please do not do that. You both are wonderful writers and have no apologies to be given in how your art presents its self. Remember you can not please all the people all the time. WE are all so different and our opinions are like our rear exhaust port, WE all have them and usually they stink.
So ease up on your self and take it easy on your selves. You are doing just fine.
Huggles and Lots of love

Strunk & White, Rule 17.
"Omit needless words."
God know someone should, because I sure as hell can't do it. :)
