The girls look about right for kids into skateboards though the JROTC reference tells me they are in high school or about to leave middle school. That woud make the girls and him around 15?

A great story, here's hoping Heather's artwork adds to what is already a clever story line.

Freshmen

Age 14 as of mid-August of the setting year -- the story is set starting in early October 2006

I've quickly become a fan of Sk8r Grrls since I'd first started reading it a few days ago and really felt honored when Edeyn had asked me if I'd be interested in collaborating with her on a manga style comix version of Sk8r Grrls. I'm a little nervous about doing justice to the story, but Edeyn has been very patient with all the questions I've asked her as I've been working on the character designs and hasn't complained once with all the images I've been e-mailing her. I really hope I'm able to live up to the faith she's put in me. :)
