Sharon decided to thank me for getting up early in the morning to take her to the emergency dentist, which ended with her having to make an appointment for next week, and treating her and Sam to breakfast by talking about how God made me a man.
She should be grateful God made me the kind of person who will still pick her up and help her.
Cause somedays, I have to fight my anger so I don't just stop being her unpaid cab.

The burdens we bare...
for the ones we love. My wife was bedridden for 9 1/2 years at home with me being the only caregiver (exception was monthly nurse visit in home to replace her catheter) while I worked full time and continued serving on the church board, and treasurer for the Sunday School and Memorial Fund. I did so willingly. June was the 15th anniversary of her passing and I still miss her. One of her favorite lines was "God never gives us more than we can handle... but she sincerely wished He didn't trust her so much!" Love is a strange thing, I often wonder how those we love can also at times be those to cause our biggest frustrations. Hang in!
Boys will be girls... if they're lucky!
