I wanted to pass on a few updates:
My brother is doing better thanks to the pacemaker, but is still having breathing issues that we don't know the cause of.
My ex is taking her near-death experience seriously, and has started to look for a cheaper place that Sam could have going forward, but she is showing signs of a deep paranoia that is quite worrisome.
As for me, I've been trying to do a deep dive into understanding my manic phase, but I still got a lot of work to do.

Poor Dot!
Goodness, you have a lot to carry, friend. What makes you such an inspiration is that, despite all of your troubles, you manage to be such a consistently positive force for everyone in this community. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Hi Dot,
First and foremost Dot, know that you are loved by me and more importantly by THE ONE in heaven. I lift you up everyday in my prayers. You are Daughter to the Most High as am I.
Second, I wanted to share with you part of the soundtrack of my life and the inspiration behind it. I found playing in my head today "Joy Comes in the Morning" by Bill and Gloria Gather. The inspiration behind the song is Psalm 30:5 I love the way The Message Bible puts it and the paragraphs that it uses instead of individual verse numbers so here is The Message for Psalm 30:4-5:
Third, one more thing from the soundtrack of my life is a song Sandy Patti sung in concert "Jesus Loves Me". The lyrics of that song convey the message that the Love of Jesus belongs to everyone and includes the marginalized like me and you. Keeping in mind that message of the song, Sandy sung it repeatedly emulating the voice that she had from different times in her life. The deepest sorrows, the highest joy, and the downright silly. At the end of all the Sandy Patti persona in her life she sung it finally as herself today. And she explained it all by saying that through all the circumstances of her life that the one constant was Jesus love for her.
THE ONE in Heaven loves you plus every human and so do I,
Ariel Montine Strickland
