Search terms can be important
I am not sure why "Satin" brings up sissy results but Goggle moves in mysterious ways.
You might find more useful results if you try something like "Silk" instead. My skin is so sensitive that I have to be very careful what I wear next to my skin (no sniggering at the back there!). Sometimes you have to be extra creative or add some other terms until you can narrow the results down to what you really want.
Although, having said that and knowing what can happen, you might end up with people trying to sell you parachutes!

If I understand correctly just what you are looking for, you could search on the internet, or at a local lingerie shop, for "French knickers" or "Directoire knickers".

I thought tap pants too... aka "slip shorts" or maybe "petti pants" as they are all loose fitting sorta like men's silk boxer shorts... Let us know what you find.
