Whatever the test says.

Remember, being positive for the virus is not bad. Most younger people go through Covid-19 without even realizing they have been ill. Probably most of those who test positive for the virus will actually be discovered because of another cold they got after it. (Right now this is not so, as the CV is too new to have been met and then contracted another cold, but soon it will be.)

And getting the virus will probably make one immune to it for a long time, maybe for life. Which will be great: better get through it while one is young and their chances for bad outcome are practically zero. :)
