When I had SRS in 2007 there was just lots on the internet and on Youtube about it. This afternoon I was searching for reference on the rerouting of the Vas Deferens in SRS to see if it is still common practice. There did not seem to be as much on the internet and what I saw on Youtube was ludicrous. Some of the videos depicted suicide because of SRS and other completely loony things.
Please be very careful about what you read. I will be the first to say that SRS and living as a woman is "a hard knock life" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0bOH8ABpco But I say despite the challenges, I like my life. Never made a good man.

Gwen, go to the Thailand clinic's site "ASIA COSMETIC HOSPITAL" I think this is the correct hospital, I've misplaced my notes.
They not only describe the surgery , I believe they have a video of the process.

I had the op in Bangkok in 2007, and while they did an OK job, I came home with e coli and that nearly killed me. At the time they did the op, they said they were going to reroute the Vas Deferens to the back of the neo vagina to provide lubrication. Now searching the internet, I do not find any reference to that. And, for here in the united states they make reference to post op folk suiciding. I think the best possibility is that someone is tampering with the search engines. I found a Doc in Florida that does it and I know there is one in Oakland, California. There are some in Canada. I was mostly upset by the search results.
