Well, we got some bad news here.

We received notice from our landlord that they had taken over our electricity bill, and are passing the bill on to us. Apparently, they can do this without our permission. We're worried they are going to try and screw us over to force us out, so our search for a new apartment has stepped up.

I was really hoping we could put this off one more year ...
