Go See a Doctor
and have a groin exam. Have the testicles checked for tumors and the urethra checked for a urinary or tract infection / bladder infection. Need to be seen if it's constant and get it diagnosed.

stones in the tubing down there. That would be god awful painful too!

...okay, 'drea, push....push... AAAAAAAAAHHHHH can't stop now, 'drea, push....push.... AAAAAAHHHH!!!! Congratulations, Ms. DiMaggio... It's a stone! Seriously; between the kidneys and the end of your urethra, a piece of dessicated uric acid pushing thru a tube half its diameter is a recipe for pain. As a friend of mine once said,
"I've had babies and I've had kidney stones, and the stones are worse; they hurt much more than birth, and all you get is a stone."
