Oh, is that unusual? I figured it happened to everyone. Happens to me all the time. I'll be talking and suddenly can't remember the next word I want to use. I know what word I mean, what concept it is or what object, I can describe it, but the word for it won't pop into my forebrain. Even if I just used it an hour ago. And it's not just because I'm getting older... Happened when I was younger too.
Maybe aliens melted my brain in the womb. Or in childhood. :O

We just visited our son in Taipei, Taiwan. A few days ago I couldn't remember the name of the island. Now, what was this problem you said you had? It was you, wasn't it? Just hand me the 'whatchamacallit'.

Sorry for going on tangent, but Taipei...
...is one of my favorite places in the world.
Spent there more than a year total. Hope you bought some oolong tea on Mao-Kong mountain. Yes, they grow one of the best teas in the world just 20 minutes by cable car from MRT station "Taipei zoo" and it's inside city limits as far as I know. And zoo is also quite nice :-) And I'm missing Sushi Express network, where you can for about 10 USD get stuffed with very nice sasimi.
Computer and electronics markets got worse right before my eyes - four years ago prices were about half of European and maybe 70% of American. And nowadays prices are close to or even above American level.
Anyway, love that city. :-)
Here's what to do.
Get an ink dealie and a pad of those white rectangle thin thingies. Then write down every whatsit on your list of doozies. Transfer each one onto the doodad with the dates on your smartfoofoo. Then in the times coming that will happen to you, whenever you blinkeriffit, just whip out your yamyam, doodle the punchpart, and POOP! You can relief, because you preforethinked the wazzies!
