For some reason, I'm on a "hair trigger" in terms of flashbacks at the moment, dropping into shaky moments at the drop of a hat, often without any trigger that I know about.
Pray for me, please.

Often when that happens...
...it can signal a breakthrough; your brain is acclimating itself and forming/reforming neural pathways that will help process memories and store them like any other memory. The just under the surface stuff can be daunting, but it's just the way the brain processes 'old' trauma. I know it's hard, but try to keep telling yourself it's 2012 and know that those event and hurts are in the past. Praying for your peace, dear heart!

I sounds so very hard to experience such fragility and to go on and do what must but my thoughts and prayers are with you and I can tell you that this too will pass. At times when I was having this type of experience I often comforted my self with a slight re-phrasing of the prayer of Anne Frank, "Times will change and my world will become good again and my soul will know once more order, peace and trust."
I love your work and I see the bits and pieces of you that peek out now and again and I love you too.

Ask and receive.
Ask and receive. You are in my prayers for strength. I am recovering from Complex PTSD my self and I know the feelings you are describing. My solution is to not push to hard and allow things to relax on there own. Recovery from your traumas a very organic magical series of little releases which after a period of time really add up. It takes time and the process is hard but so worth it. PM me any time you just want to chat I care about you as a person and I want to help.
