Thanks for the info
As usual, I went for a drink and some lunch and put the problem down to 'machine error'. After all, computers were designed by humans and therefore go wrong from time to time. A fact of life.

Actually the site wasn't down, it decided to go out for the evening and not take us along with it (some of us can be suck party poopers, like me). But after a night of heavy drinking, fraternizing with sailors, and a small teddybear shaped tattoo on her hard drive, she decided to come back home before her parents woke up to scold her.
All in all, I am jealous of the site's social life.
