Well, I just got a call from the endocrinologist, and my testosterone levels have gone back up to 19, so he's increased my estrogen dose to 3 mg twice a day, and he's also sent a prescription for progesterone to my pharmacy, and I'll hopefully be able to get it in a couple of days.
Neat, huh?

I dunno...
Are you on a testosterone blocker as well? (Spiro, etc?)
My doc says that managing the HRT is more of an art than a science, as we're all different and how we react to it is different.
For example - my doc said she almost never gives progesterone, even though it does promote breast development. She also doesn't do oral hormones if her patient is over 40... And then, she does several different testosterone blockers - primarily spiro, but she also uses some of the prostate drugs which also have some blocking side effects and have the side effect of improving prostate health.
Best of luck for you - I hope your dose does good things for you!
My estrogen dose has come down several times over the years... As a different example from you. As long as your numbers are good - and you're healthy, you're fine.

It's not the numbers,
it's the quality of the ingredients.
Say Montezuma's. They make HIGHLY exquisite chocolate, so I would be inclined to trust them.
Mmm, dark chocolate... <3
