Well, there is supposed to be some good news on the way for Alberta trans people like me.

Apparently, the government is dropping the requirement of surgery before allowing a person to change their gender on identification.

We'll see if they follow through, but if they do, I'm getting an "F" in the gender box as fast as I can ...
