Within Guidelines
I'm positive others will give a better answer. Non TG are allowed by the owners of this site if one has posted TG stories. They prefer TG or LGBT as it is, accepting of stories which aren't.

If you don't have air conditioner or can't afford to run it even if you do, might try cooling down the way it was done before AC. Wet a towel or a sheet, hang it up, turn the fan on it. Evaporation cooling will make a world of difference in room temps. Sugar, swamp cooling was all we had when I was growing up.

Swamp Coolers
That's what I grew up with (in Oklahoma!). Don't work well when the humidity is high. My mother always blamed the Army Corps of Engineers for ruining that. She said the Corps came into Oklahoma and built all these lakes, raising the humidity.
Lots of non-TG stories on BC, some quite good. Each story finds it's own market. There are cis stories I love, and LGBTQI+ stories I don't. So write it, the readers will come. A few, a bunch, who knows.

cooling in the room
In an effort to keep my clothes from shrinking I line dry inside; I only use a dryer for my sheets. Otherwise, everything else is hung up in my bedroom to dry. It's like having a swamp fan set up first thing in the morning, and for about 2 hours it's nice and cooling, after that it's sauna hell. Sucks having to line dry inside

Almost everything I have posted here is TG but I do have one non-TG story: What Milsy Did. It shows more detail of what happened in the palace as Garia journeyed north... including Eriana's arrival!
I think Milsy has as much 'fun' as Garia does and the two stories mesh completely, using many of the same characters and being in the same universe.
If you wanted to write something unconnected with anything else you have already posted that might be a different matter. I do know that several authors here have done so and the results have been liked by the readership.

Finding comfort in heat with low tech
Growing up in the heart of South America in the 1970s and 1980s, finding comfort in the heat was not always easy. Electricity was scarce and expensive. Apart from the main town, electricity only became available for the rural villages starting in the late 1970s and through the 1980s. Our family got 24 hour electricity starting in 1978. Even so, outages were frequent. And until the mid to late 1960s even in the main town electricity was off between 21:00 and 06:00.
And with lows around 32℃ [90℉] to 35℃ [95℉] (the highs could go up to 44℃ [111℉]) finding comfort without melting was a challenge. Having a fan move air around was better than nothing. Sleeping outside on an elevated platform was a frequent practice. Because having air circulate both above and below the body helps to carry the heat away. And to reduce the thermal barrier [of a mattress] even more, a hammock made of netting was a popular option.
Our ancestors quickly learned build with massive adobe walls 30-40cm [12-16 inches] thick and whitewashed on the outside to reflect the heat. Big porches all around the house became an additional measure of heat protection. Not to mention the added benefit for rain water collection. But above all a clever ventilation strategy: Close all windows about one hour (no later than two hours) after sunrise, and keep all internal doors closed as well. Open the windows and doors at sunset, to allow any breeze to freely circulate through the whole house. And above all, keep glass panes to a minimum in size and number! (The amount of heat transfer through a glass window is incredible.)
