And tales thereof!
So here i am, melting in Sheffield. But there is news.
Firstly, before departure on Monday i managed to post another chapter on Patreon so thats good, less good is that i've not yet written any of the next but i'm hopeful that tomorrow/Friday i can rectify that situation. The actual five hour journey north was unremarkable other than the driver getting a bit lost once or twice, i eventually got to my destination a bit before seven pm, it was still @ 25c so i opted to camp rather than stay in the too hot house. Not that that was much better!
Tuesday i put the bike back together but it was too warm to do more than walk to the shop to get some salad stuff for tea. After another night under 'canvas' i had intended to go for a ride but i didn't feel great so in the end i've not done much other than go for a walk along the canal, its too warm to do much activity.
Well that's about it, i'll try to get online at the weekend to post more Gaby but for now,

Has fractured his right humerus in 5 places and has suffered extensive upper body bruising after ironically having a fall from his walking frame!
This means that he can’t use that arm which has the knock on effect for doing stuff from using a walking stick to signing his name. So that’s what I’m helping with (some stuff isn’t for polite company)
The bruising is fading well but it could be another month before he can start using the arm properly so I could be here for a while.
