Ask her if she can tell you when she is getting into overload, or if something is triggering her (Sigh, triggers can happen in zero time.) Then you might have a chance to get her out, or into a safe/r space.

Set up a "meet us at" place, and make sure she has a cell phone and your numbers (preferably on quick-dial).
