news to tell!

Well the Brizzle masseeve had a trip down to the south coast today, to see Angharad and check on how she's doing. We had lunch and did a supermarket shop - she can't drive at the moment of course. She's doing okay but she tires easily and is a bit unsteady on her feet as you might expect. She thanks everyone for their well wishes and is busy practising her typing skills albeit one handed atm. I'll be going down again in a few weeks to see if we can get her back on 2 wheels, we tried today but she's not ready yet.

In other news, yesterdays bike ride squeezed another 110km and 1k metres out of the legs despite a stiff wind and an early downpour!

Here in the UK we are going into a long Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, thats 70 years as titular head of the country and Commonwealth, the longest serving monarch in our history - congratulations Your Majesty!
