Well time is a little short!
A quickie really, so i've been to see #1 and the GS in Leeds, met some friends for a bit of a walk/picnic on the Eastern Moors, had a day driving along the Norfolk coast for fathers day and a nearly as long (well it felt like it) ride out to meet Podracer for tea, cake, more tea, other food and finally coffee and crumble before heading back to Sheffield to complete @ 175km for the day!
Today is a 'rest' day, some last chores here in Sheffield - a bit more bike sorting the most essential, before starting the journey back by bike to Brizzle tomorrow. That will be another long day in the saddle, mayhap 2, its something like 280km all told and I've not settled on a plan as yet!

on your marathon ride back to Brizzle. It seems that the weather might be kind to you. 20C and sunny is the forecast for here. Are you intending to try to do it in one day?

I'll admit to a banana on the return leg and a bowl of soup when i got back before hitting the sack, a lot less food today but i can see a need for a goodly quantity tomorrow!
