When I usually talk about my negative self talk, aka "Mr. Nasty", its a "tape" of my various failures.
But sometimes, I get a "tape" that's much, much worse.
This "tape" is connected to my rapes, and the word it uses to describe me isn't "failure".
It's "Evil".
The reason I'm bringing it up now is that I spent most of last night trying to fight off that "tape".
So I think Team Dorothy to come to my rescue again.
Send words of encouragement, praise, or just send a hug if you can.

The evil that men do lives after them
Your description of your battle made me imagine something like a retrovirus of the spirit, that your rapist gave you and you get to live with (I don't know if that would make him a carrier or it brewed up inside him, physical analogies for intangible things aren't always exact). And I don't know if telling these nasty voices "You're just a symptom" would help, but that's how I see them, but so much worse than- Well, say hives; which I hear is no picnic. Because the notion that you're somehow evil and need to be punished is so grotesquley undeserved it makes my heart ache; And I hope these hugs I'm sending your way will help. You deserve good things and good feelings + should never have had to pay like this for what the REAL evil person did to you! So...
