He wrote it well before the idea of Nepotism House came up, and there is a joking interview of RT where he made it plain that he used a pseudonym for Tiny Hands because of his Mob connections; as RT put it, he didn't want to be kneecapped.
He has added a couple of new verses, referring to impeachment and jail time, so he is keeping the song up to date. For those who haven't listened to the video, there us a repeated chorus which, Daphne, came out a while before 'Stormy Daniels' described a tiny mushroom:
