Some people have reported on social media that their stories have appeared on http://kisslibrary.com without permission. Since this is a site that sells ebooks, it could be a problem. They do have forms for asking for DMCA take downs.

However, rather than chase them myself, I just sent a copyright infringement notice to Amazon and pointed out the site was taking money out of Amazon's pocket as well. Kiss Library will take an awful lot more notice of a Great White like Amazon's legal team than a minnow like me.
One other thing. They've already shown they are criminals. Do you really want to fill in a form they have provided with your email address etc.?

I checked three authors they have on the first page and as I suspected, their copyrights are expired. Clearly, they didn't think of Project Gutenberg when advertising "best prize".

These guys are egregious
They have stolen the entire catalog of DopplerPress books through March of 2019. I've just spend two hours tracking them down and sending DMCA notices.
Look carefully, their search mechanism sucks.

They have committed a crime and could well be guilty of wire-fraud as well as theft.

Difficult to get police interested in something like this. It's a civil case usually which means hiring lawyers to pursue. Also, these guys are apparently based in Canada.

I have just checked and all the books they listed this morning have mysteriously vanished.

I understand that they did this with another author who had complained.
Nothing shows up
Under her author name but the Doppler Press books are still there though why anyone would pay a higher price than the one on Amazon. . . unless they keep Amazon off their back by not selling at the same or a lower price?

It's a strange site too.
The setup is weird. You can't really browse it, only search. And it never returns more then twelve results, almost always exactly twelve. There is no next page button, just seem like an odd design.
Received a response
They say they have removed the list of books I sent them and have suspended the accounts of those who uploaded them. Any monies earned on those books will be sent to me, they say. They report that they are working to prevent this sort of thing from happening again.

But God Bless the Child and some other Katie Leone books are Doppler Press books but not DopplerPress books. Katie ran the Doppler Press division herself. Felix has the book rights now, I will contact him.

That I have paid for most of your books, even when money's been pretty tight. And I still went ahead and bought many of them AFTER I had discovered your old site where they are still posted. As far as I'm concerned, you write extraordinarily good books.

Their search real does suck, and it only give a limited list with no second page.

You guys are NOT at fault. Amazon is great. These guys are stealing from BOTH of us as I've never given them permission. There's lots more books on the site which I guess came from Kindle Unlimited.

This a lot worse I am finding almost any book from authors here I can think of correct titles for, or spell the authors name right on there. A combination of author name & part of title seems to work best with their search.

note: The list is order and anyone missing is not any kind of ranking or preference, its just what I could locate the right spellings to do some sample searches first.

It's been going on for a long time. Around 2010, I found what was essentially "Desert Princess" on a Porn site. They'd done a bit of editing but it was mine. When I confronted them, it disappeared. It is one of the things that make me not try very hard to write.

Sadly KissLibrary has been operating since 2017, its now 2019 and it is still online and kicking. Stealing from authors and scamming buyers!
What is interested is that a dmca anti-piracy service recently discovered that the site is not actually hosting the eBooks its claiming to be selling. But instead Its an elaborate scam/scheme to just make a quick buck and run.

Also there was a blog post on Writers be aware blog regarding this issue: https://accrispin.blogspot.com/2019/08/kiss-library-pirate-site-alert.html Its also reported that the website will re-upload the contents they takedown after some time when they feel the issue has been forgotten. So be sure to check back if your books have been reuploaded again on their platform.
How is this all done? KissLibrary has simply scraped the content from multiple (tons) of Amazon authors and put the data together in a webpage undercutting the authors prices in hopes of making sales.
It's much more stupid than that
K.L.'s prices are two or three times the KIndle price. It makes no sense.

That's true but in some cases
That's true but in some cases they undercut the authors prices!!
It must be an automated system, at least on mine they were for less than my amazon page before they took down the infringing content.
