What a week it's been !!!

I saw a Doctor today that actually knew what XXY folk could be like, and seemed to understand!!! He even confirmed that folk like me are often born with both sets of accessories, and felt that often the wrong organs were removed at birth. "ODDLY", back then, Doctors preferred to remove the girl stuff and would do almost anything to save the boy junk!!! It was nice to have that confirmation. Validation. :)

I had a Saudi Arabian College Student as a guest for almost a week. I slept in my room and he slept on the couch. Those guys keep the strangest hours, and always want the room hot. Saudi guys talk to women as if they are children. At least that has been my experience. Not once has he questioned my gender, not once. For me, while I believe in a Creator, the whole Muslim woman garb thing is largely camouflage, and it works great. I can not cook, any food to make him pleased, so I just don't. He seems pleased with that and he often takes me out for Mexican. Yummmm. I've never been my own best friend, so having him with me felt really high risk!!! Why did I do this? There is a little bunch of stuff in me that insists that I help someone who asks.

Today, I can see 100 miles. No Smoke, none at all. I can breathe, No more UTI, and my jaw no longer hurts from surgery.

It is supposed to be 35 c today, and I love it !!!

I must have achieved Hosho. :)

Actually, XXY folks aren't born with both sets of genitals

For that to happen, an extra chromosome is not enough. The foetus organs that develop to the male or female bits can develop in one of the two ways, but not in both ways at the same time: for that you will need two sets of those organs, to start with. That is pretty rare, and happens in XXY about as frequently as in XX or XY. Both sets developing in the opposite ways is even rarer: the history of the humankind knows only about a dozen such people (confirmed reliably).

FWIW there are way more than

FWIW there are way more than dozens. More like thousands if not 10s of thousands.

Im mixed up and have been partially diagnosed. PAIS and ambiguous genitalia. There is still a lot of other issues i have but this shit isn't cheap nor covered by insurance.

Thank you.

The Intersex Society of North America is an interesting resource, and quite secretive about their members. Apparently I am not Intersex enough to join them. It is interesting that even those who are thought to have the same genetic designation can appear to be physically very dissimilar.

Just let it go...

I have my own experiences, and my story is not a lie. You just would not believe the pure hell I lived through at the hands of those who thought I was gay, given over to satan, or something else. The Mental Health folk, with all their drugs did unspeakable damage to me and others. And now, Trump and his right wing conservative Christians are seeking to make life so much harder.

I don't feel like sharing more of the story and there is oh so much more.

I'm going to try to block you from talking to me.

An xy assigned male can have

An xy assigned male can have a uterus. See persistent Mullerian ducts syndrome. It is rarely "complete" and obstructed and likely split and asymmetrical. There are also conditions like ovatestis where the gonads are made up of both ovarian and testicular tissue or gonadal dysgenesis.

Another issue is birth defects due to pharmaceutical causes of which get shut down and not researched. See the DES fiasco. I will add there could be others but look at the industries record, at least in the US.

Dual and ambiguous genitalia

In the hope of clarity let’s add the complication of Chimerism to this discussion. Just as no one expects the Spanish Inquisition no one checks for Chimerism in genetic abnormalities. We know identical twins can fuse into a single person with different parts having different DNA in utero. What happens when fraternal twins similarly fuse?

There is also AIS

Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome comes in degrees. I also have enough "weird genetics" to give me a mild case of Scoliosis. Mine was minor until it got to be an issue when I was past 50. I wore one of those plastic corsets for a few years. At 72, no one has suggested it again, though I am firmly 'Off Work', and do fairly well as long as I am careful.

My immune system gives me Psoriasis, and Arthritis. I have permanent Bronchitis, am Asthmatic...
