I have always suffered from Deja Vu. I don't know why, but I often feel like I'm repeating something that has already happened. I've even made a story about it: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/fiction/19220/falling

Even me, and as far as I know I don't have PTSD. Having said that, maybe it may make you more prone to experiencing it. My usual experience is that I've dreamt about whatever it is that I'm currently happening some time in the past.

YMMV, so don't worry about it too much.
