I know there are folk on this site from all over the world, and I am happy to know you all.
Recently I watched a great Sci Fi Movie called "Attraction" made in 2017. I think it is Russian, and the CGI and all the stuff was great, in fact outstanding. If you get a chance to see it, you won't regret it.
I want to see it again, perhaps even purchase it.

After an alien ship crash lands onto a Russian city, many who saw it and the occupants start to question their own existence while there are those who demand the aliens leave Earth.

"Russian city" just happens to be...
Moscow, South District, about 7 miles from the Red Square... And yes, that area looks much like in the movie. Same buildings, streets, and all. Just not so glum. :-)
