Knees need to be exercised. I had my right replaced in 2000 and the left in 2015. Both are doing great. I can garden and even climb trees. I'm delighted with my replacements. The key is to do the therapy. The bad part is doing the therapy. Once discharged, a low level of therapy must be maintained. Without ongoing therapy, things get stiff and limiting.
