Life for us has been a test of every thing my family holds dear and nearly dumped my family onto the street. Due to recent changes in Section 8 laws Our housing Voucher Was Close to being cancled .

This fight started in April of 2015 with our rent being raised due to policy changes, that part was settled in November. A day later I was informed that December was the last rent they would be paying. I had to fight throughout December untill I finialy got a hearing in January this year, today I found out it had been a mistake and we had been reinstated. This will be the first night of undisturbed sleep I will have had since April.

The mistake that was made is we were judged to have too much furnature, and food to be poor and that we were not reporting our full income. We got rid of all the offense items, and proved our income was the reported 1000$ monthly for three people.

I will be continuing Havens story soon and adding to Shift Happens as well. Thanks for your patience, and I will make sure the future chapters will be worth the wait
