It is embarrassing to admit that I have not figured this out, and the one opportunity to get it right, I ignored.
You see, I have no BUTT. And, that is exacerbated by childhood scoliosis that left my lower back with no "Lordosis" whatsoever. I did purchase a padded butt/hip panty but it was far too tight, and now I can not even get into it at all !
It was one of those Made in China, size L things. For those who have noticed, this year is starting off as the year of the bigggg butt. In fact, no butt is a dead give away. :(
To add to that, since I am on Estrogen, my psoriasis is worse, and I can not tolerate Latex, at all. So, I am wondering if those who are adept at cross dressing can tell me where they get their foundation garments?
It's been easy for me because, dressing as a proper Muslim woman, I just cover everything up. Voila, figure issues solved. I am thinking that this summer, I will depart from that at least somewhat.

OH NO! Gwenny suffers from NoAssAtAll! I'm sorry to say but this is a chronic condition and suffered by many. Its a more advanced condition related to FlatAssitis. These conditions are not fatal. The normal treatment are corrective garments. The latest are called BootyPop panties and are available without a prescription. For some the condition is so mentally debilitating corrective surgery is implemented. Surgery of course being a 'last resort' measure. Stand strong Gwenny. There are many celebrities that also suffer from this affliction and endorse a treatment option.

If you problem with latex (a natural rubber) doesn't extend to Spandex (synthetic rubber) try The Breast Form Store or Crossdresser.com or if you're into DYI there's always YouTube

The "skinny" pants style is designed to enhance curves that are not really there.
kind of like yoga pants, they look fantastic on the smaller butt, but on a woman with curves, she looks like she has an extremely fat ass.
there are silicon pads that you can get, to slip into pockets in panties to enhance the curves as well.
I just go with the fashions that work, it is far more cost effective.

Alternatively, you could buy some 1" or even 2" foam rubber and cut it to shape inside a pantie shaper, which is what I do.
I believe that hips and butt are the very basis of female shape.
