Update 9/10 - about $2100 in bills and payments due over the next week. We've got about 1/3 of that in the bank after paying this week's amounts.

It's a new month and thanks to everyone who contributed money last month, we paid our bills and are now in the position of asking again for gifts and subscriptions to keep us going for another month.
A little breakdown:
Income:
Advertising: ~$2600

Hosting fees and services: $200
Doppler Press: ~$1000

Debt service: ~$1000
Insurance: ~$400

It's tight and when there is a shortfall it comes out of either debt service or compensation, usually out of compensation to me. Compensation is what keeps us from doing other things for money.
So, it's that time of month when we need to pay bills. Hosting and debt service payments are coming up, phones are due in a week or so and we pay compensation weekly except for me, I get what's left at the end of the month. :)

I am not trying to be mean yet I know there are times things that I say do get misread mostly the subtext in how I say things. I have no income and when I am lucky I use the links that you no longer seem to get any money from when buying ebooks to support the authors who have also posted there stories here. That has been my only real method that I can contribute to the site. but I am noticing that one of the links that seems to be used for advertising is not working. And that is the Crossdresser heaven link. I clicked on it a few times and refreshed/reloaded the window that gets open by clicking on that link. Could one of you look into it? By having links that work I think it would help to bring you more money. That is just a guess though, I am almost sure it would do wonders for you even if it didn't.

The links we get paid commission on for shopping through are all to Amazon. The Breast Form Store ads are just ads, though they are our biggest advertiser and underwrite much of our operation in a kind of co-marketing venture with several other T*-oriented sites. After Hatbox, TBFS is our biggest source of income, followed by Doppler Press then by other advertising and last of all services we offer to a few websites.
