Well, as my birthday wound down yesterday, my mother surprised me with a beautiful card for a daughter's birthday.
Inside she had wrote: "To my dear Dorothy, I cannot tell you how much you mean to me."
The card itself says; Celebrating the day God made you ... and the way He made you so special! Happy Birthday, with Love."
Do I have the most awesome mom ever, or what?

We so often are overwhelmed with needs that have yet to be met and the wishes that are yet unfulfilled. But we can rejoice for every good thing we do have. I am thrilled beyond words that you have a wonderful relationship with your mother and that it is one of the wonderful strengths that keeps you on your path.
