Well, I have a quandary, and I need opinions.
See, I was thinking about publishing some stuff on Kindle, but I am conflicted as to what I should publish.
So here are the choices:
A; A collection of short fiction stories
B: A collection of autobiographical stories
C: A collection of poetry
or D: a real, honest-to-goodness autobiography

Short Stories.
Fiction tends to sell really well in most markets, and will likely have the most chance of spreading your name a long way.

just my $0.02, but
as a non authoress, I opine that staying with fiction for first efforts should give you more latitude to see what your audience appreciates. To get into bio work could make you vulnerable to all kinds of abuse from unexpected sources.
Whatever you decide, be protective of yourself & loved ones.

I think you've got a different voice when it comes to your autobiographical pieces. They have a much more poetic tone than your short stories, and I think that helps set you apart from everything else out there. You'd need to rework some and put them in an order so they work together, but I think the upside is bigger on that.

Lord, what fools these mortals be!
I can only speak from my experience
I have tried a collection of short stories and they still sell okay. Poetry is very slow...Fiction sells best.. although my semi-autobiographical stuff has gone reasonably. I haven't gone to the autobiography yet.. my story isn't ready... yet.
Hell.. go for the lot! :)

Quandry
Such a thing you put on us your admiring public who read avidly that which you grace us here with..... Well well, such a quandary indeed... Being the sentimental old fool that I am I would opt for a collection of your beautiful poetry, which is my favorite... But to be truthful, anything you write will sell, therefore I say do what you think would be the best for Dorothy, me? I will read all your work my child

Speaking as an avid follower
Speaking as an avid follower of your fiction, I'd say a collection of your stories would be a treat for any reader.
Speaking as someone who'd never heard of you, I'd say you need to choose a really pungent tale to start your collection, one that most people won't forget in a hurry. 'False Positive' would seem to be a contender.
I'd Go for the Short Fiction...
Seems better suited to sell to strangers, assuming that's your intent in publishing it.
