This serial is a spinoff from my holiday story, Nancy’s Patterson’s Criss-Crossed Christmas Pageant. The first couple of episodes overlap the timeline of that story, but from a different point of view. Later chapters continue showing what happens to Stephanie, for as long as she exists.

I got so excited when I first saw this appear on the front page today. I so loved this story and was hoping Jenny was writing again, but alas its just a "Retro Classic". Maybe seeing it on the front page again might inspire the author? (Hint hint!) With loving hugs, Taarpa

I've just discovered this wonderful story, with its turmoil and joy, I love every moment.
Although the ending is a little sudden.....surely a Happy Ever After moment? Or even a 20 years later moment? I personally would go with marrying Brian ( despite his vile mother) and becoming a successful Graphic artist, mother of three ( adopted) kids and Church elder .maybe arranging a Nativity....?
But all of us readers can happily imagine that Stephanie had all of that before her.
What a fantastic, compelling and loving story!
