Here's a little bit of advice for everyone here in a serious relationship, man or woman, same sex or hetero.
Never, never, never and never cubed, let anyone ever take photos of you in a compromising position, embarrassing situation or various states of undress (read naked), no matter how they beg. It seems they can come back to haunt you when the relationship is over, and your ex thinks it's funny to show them to her friends.
I wish I could just die.

My heart aches for you. This crap hasn't happened to me personally - but it happened to my mother, my sister, and one of my daughters. The desire to please their spouse/lover led them to do something they were later made to regret.
I know you feel like a fool. I doubt you are. You were just someone who did something intimate for someone else who eventually proved unworthy of that level of trust and intimacy.

Cindi don't let them get to you
Having these pictures get out will hurt you only if you let them. The best thing you can do for yourself is to own up to the fact that they were taken and not let yourself be embarrassed by them. Keep in mind that you look just like the rest of us. If you were to take a "so what?" approach when someone you know sees these pictures and asks you about them, it will take most of the wind out of your ex's sails.
Of course, at my age, modesty doesn't mean as much as it used to.

I no longer am in the same circle. I deleted my facebook account, and i didn't give my number out to anyone in her circle, so i will have a lot easier time pretending it never happened.

Several of us here have had really traumatic things happen.
I was an extremely active member of a big church, had been married 40 years, and had three lovely children, all grown and gone.
It was all gone in a day over a couple of emails.
It's 8 years later. Those good christian folks have not forgotten or forgiven
Things could be worse.
A new church found me and have loved me and helped me to heal.

That would be me, &all I can advise about those piics is this.....they are of you ,be prouud of yourself God didnt make perfect people none of us is perfect..... but you are as unique as any of the rest of us..if others dont like us they can look elsewhere you answer to none of them, be true to yourself ok? She's clearly far less mature than you thought she was. Be strong and show her that her crap isn't going to hurt you. It is better to be betrayed than to betray, so you're already the better woman. It's also better to be betrayed than to never trust at all. You'll come through this stronger than you were before.
