Because it was 4:57 AM and It’s Valentines Day.
All night really, I though about her.
She’s just “That Girl”.
Y’know that one.
The One.
She Loves Football.
I can take it or leave it.
But I love that she loves it.
I can see the cheerleader there inside.
She cheers me on.
There when I get home, smiling and loving me through the screen.
I can feel that y’know.
It just one of those things that just is.
She sends me out with love and luck and dreamy kisses every night.
We dance too.
We have songs.
And a play list.
She loves her family.
Even when she hates her family.
She’s always there for them.
Soooo, My kind of girl.
My kind of Woman.
I love her soul.
No.
I LOVE HER SOUL (Big Smiles.)
I Love That I know her better than anyone else.
The way she will tuck her hair back.
Even though she sliced it off in hopes of getting back to work.
She donated the hair too.
Completely awesome.
Selfless.
She has given up so much personal stuff just to save other people.
I love that she hugs herself sometimes.
I like that despite not being able to be her real self.
She more real with me than anyone that I’ve ever known.
She loves Music.
And Plays the guitar.
I Love she knows music that well her jargon gets me smiling.
I love that she loves some of the same songs as me.
She’s into the playing.
I’m into the Lyrics.
She makes me want to write songs.
She loves her home.
She loves it so much when it’s full and really a home.
She loves to cook.
I gotta say…I mean c’mon it’s me….that’s huge.
I love her cornbread even though I haven’t had it yet.
I love Kissing her, even if we’ve only done it online.
She’s quirky, funny, smart, creative, soulful and Mine.
You know that person that you just know has you in their heart more than themselves?
That’s her.
We happened pretty fast Y’know.
Never thought It’d happen, for real.
Real Love.
You just know sometimes.

Bailey's Ode to His Love
*sigh* You romantic fool. You're so clearly in love with Jonelle. If I didn't have someone to feel that way about myself this year, I'd probably be sickened by it (in a good natured way). Partly because I still wouldn't/couldn't understand that depth of love (except as an abstract concept), and partly out of envy.
But this year, I GET it...

And for anyone who doesn't, well shoot, that was me for the last 43 years, so I well remember your pain and loneliness. Maybe it'll change. Maybe it won't. I can't say. I'd kinda given up on meeting that special someone. Then I befriended a gypsy matchmaker. (Just like in The Sims 2 but much nicer.) So you never know...
