OK, I'll admit it! I am not always entirely innocent. So, last night I happened upon one of those web sites where guys are doing strange and painful looking penetration things to women.
I don't even know how a woman lives through that stuff. Do they give the women pain killers? I can not imagine someone paying enough to make it worth it.
Is this even legal? Ick !

Yep, it's generally legal.
Drug use is entirely possible but should not be generalized.
The way they do it? They train for it. A little bit more each time...
There's probably some natural aptitude which would help, but it's otherwise all practice and training.
Note, though, that they get paid quite a bit more than minimum wage for shoots. Ravings about how women are exploited in such fashion rarely say anything about the cashier jobs that pay 1/20th and require you to be nice to many more people.

Even when I was very messed up and wanted to do "tricks", people saw something in me and stayed away. Too Innocent?

It has happened here in Sweden
Lately we had a case brought into court. Three young males did misstreat a woman of their own age. After some more normal intercourse they did use a bottle to to penetrate the woman. The verdict was guilty. but the punishment was so low that there was a general cry for a much harder punishment. The problem was the evidence evaluation. The males all said that it was something that the woman had accepted and she was the only one that thought it was something that was forced upon her. The prosecutor had asked for four years imprisonment and I think SEK 140 000 penalty. The verdict was just a much shorter prison time and no economic penalty. The case will most certainly be referred to the court of appeal. (sw.: Hovrätt).
The discussion is now up to make it a crime at the same level as having intercourse with incapicitated women. Eg. drunken, drugged or mentally disturbed persons that cannot argue against or fight a sexual attack.
