for which i apologise.

So, the week has continued to be a bit weird, maybe thats how this year will go down?

On Thursday i got out for just my second 100km+ ride of the year, the lanes up to Stroud where i stopped for a roadside lunch before climbing omto the Cotswolds for the journey south. It wasn't a bad day but some of the roads were filthy.

Friday was devoted to writing, i completed the next Trixie segment which is now up on Patreon for my supporters there. I'll be pushing on with that project tomorow, i'm hoping to have some exciting news on Wednesday at the latest.

I mentioned the aborted get together with my brother on Tuesday, well we had another go on Saturday as he was back in Bath to finish the tour duty today. We ended up spending the afternoon doing a foot tour of Bath, we walked six or seven of those mile things before light and hos need to get some sleep ended things. I know it was only Xmas when i last saw him but it was nice to do something together which has been rare since i ended up in Brizz.

And so to today, well although the weather wasn't great, i set out for a shorter ride which turned into 70km, a loop onto the Cotswolds before returning via Bath. The weather was quite horrid at times, wet and windy but i tempered that with a coffee stop at the Avon Valley Railway.
