I'm posting this under pets, but I'm really not sure if Mya counts as a pet... She's definitely a fur child.

I've touched her ear and had her whimper a couple of times, but I thought shed stop, then she did again this morning, so I took her to the vet and had her ear checked out. Sure enough, there was an ear infection, so she's on an antibiotic and some ear drops.

I was a bit concerned about giving her a pill. This is the first time with Mya, but I wrapped it in a piece of bologna, and it was gone. Not only did she not taste the pill, but I'm not certain she tasted the bologna.

I'm very thankful that this was all that it was. I can't even begin to imagine life without her. She's too sweet a girl.

Years ago I tried to take my dog on the bus with me. I told the driver I was born without a sense of smell + she was my smelling-nose dog. When he kicked us off I said, "That's fine. Kiki says you stink anyway."

Dogs + cats give us so much and they ask for so little. It's great that your sweet fur baby is on the mend. Poor puppy! They can't really tell us what's wrong, and I'm glad you caught it before it got too bad...

Being Vegan,

We've decided that peanut butter works fine. We give our pups a joint health (chewable) pill, made for dogs. 2 of our girls eat it up just fine, but our Siberian husky (they are a little quirky) won't take her's. I mostly coat it in peanut butter and she wolfs it down.
She's a rescue pup and all white; we call her 'white wolf'. Huskies don't bark, they whine and howl. There are lots of husky videos on U tube with their human trying to get them to do something and the pup being reluctant, whining, howling a little and messing around.

Hugs and Bright Blessings,
Renee
