Well, I just got word that one of my best friends died today.

A lot to deal with, but I’m glad that it’s only a see you later. He’s one of my best friends from church, and I know he has a heart of gold. Now he’s walking the streets of gold. I’m so looking forward to seeing him again.

Actually no I don't. Among all those on this channel I strongly suspect you understand better than most. My heart felt condolences Rose, it's never easy to say goodbye to ones we love and care for. We'll meet up again but it won't be the same. It is the penalty we pay for outliving them. They take a piece of our heart, freely given, waiting to give it back when we meet again. The few words I write aren't the same as a hug, and just holding hands saying nothing but letting each other know.
