Well, I have some good news to share.
First, my mom bought me some new shoes, and they seem to be helping me walk a little better.
This will really help put less strain on my knees and hips, so that's a yay.
The other bit of good news is my doctor has arranged for me to see a specialist in January about the pain in my privates, so hopefully, I might get some answers as to why I often hurt there.

shoes
Little pass on from my doctor that handled a foot issue I had decades ago, buy shoes if you walk a lot every 60 to 90 days! OR more! they wear out, even though you cant see it! just a millimeter off on the bottom sole messes you up more the higher you go, === bad foundation=bad building!
but you can get by....by using cheap sneakers, if you put in REAL good shoe pads that will last over the life of several shoes!
I recommend trying this out if available where your are at?

I also had pain in my privates
I had them cut off (orchidectomy)... fixed everything.
No seriously. I had a wierd lump appear and severe pain. I went to the doctor and he felt around and said no its normal (the lump). So since it is normal and extremely psychologically stressful... I decided to suffer... and eventually the pain went away.
So don't count on your doctor being remotely helpful.
I worry for you since you have PTSD and someone touching your there may set it off. Bring what ever meds help you with that.
