Virtual hugs

Sending you All My love, comfort and hugs. Think of me as there giving you a nice cup of Tea and just being there... Ready to listen if you need to talk.

Love and hugs all the way from Denmark
Bouncy

Bouncy of Denmark

Of course. As always. Grab 'em ....

Grab my 'excess' hugs from the Aether. Delivery is at the speed of thought.

Don't forget self-care. And tea with whatever.

My pile-o-hugs floating "out in the Aether" is a tad bigger than usual.

November 11 is USA Veterans' Day, and I just knew my local radio station was going to do a whole pile music on the topic, often by composers who {icky bits omitted}. So I avoided, and went with music recorded elsewhen.

Then some good stuff at my Humanist chapter. We were making lunches for the a homeless shelter, so I tossed in some oranges.

We had a 'crisis' when the coffee urns wouldn't surrender coffee. My Great Contribution was to know I was clueless, and got out of the way {chuckle}.

All in all, a great great weekend, and you have no fear of depleting my huggles supply.

Again, take care of yourself, have some tea.

For me, in similar circumstances, I'd also call up a Plushie or two from Reserve to Active Duty.

Hugs (been there)

I'm offering you virtual hugs (since Edmondton is a bit far to go from NYC to give you real ones.)

I can sympathize; when my C-PTSD hits, it's hard to believe there's any point in going on. I hope you have a good therapist, and some RL people you can lean on for support -- and that you can let yourself lean on them.

'Flashed' on this. Might help w/ PTSD & other brown manure.

I must not fear.

Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
