Can a snake shed its skin?

Caution: contains references to sexual assualt. please read with care

Jake was often called a snake.

Even he knew it was a good description of himself.

Actually, calling him a snake would be an insult to snakes, since they aren’t rapists.

Jake was.

He was a simple rapist, he’d go to a park and wait for a girl to go by who was distracted.

A quick hit on the head, a drag of their body behind a bush, and then he’d help himself to what he wanted.

So far, it had all gone according to plan, and none of the women even remembered what he looked like, so he saw no reason to change.

Until today.

He’d staked his spot, where he could see the path going through a local park, while sitting on a bench pretending to fiddle with his phone, waiting for a potential victim to pass by.

He actually got a bit distracted himself and somehow missed the woman until she was walking towards him.

Her walk alone set his hormones off. Her hips swayed, but she also strode with the confidence of someone used to being in control.

She smiled, pulled him up to a standing position, kissed him and then purred in his ear, “I really want to get into your pants, I’m sure I’ll enjoy it.”

He was stunned, but managed, “sounds good to me.”

“Then let me take you to my place, so we can have some privacy.” she responded.

Several hours and some severe sex later, Jack found himself somehow looking up at his body, which was getting dressed.

He heard his voice say, “I was right. I am enjoying getting into your pants.”

He watched as his body finished dressing and then looked down and realised he was now in the body of the woman.

“What’s happening?” he managed to ask.

“Can’t you guess?” his body responded, “we have switched bodies. You are now me, and I am now you. As for what happens from here on, well I think I am going to offer you mercy.”

“Mercy?” he asked.

“Yes. you see, since I am now bigger and stronger than you, I could subject you to the violence you have committed on women. But that would diminish me, make me like you. So instead, I’m going to give you freedom. This home is paid for the next year, and I even set up a running account at a local grocery store to deliver food for the next year as well. You will have a year to make yourself into a better person without having to worry about food or shelter, which is more than most people have.”

“What happens in a year?”

“Well, that depends on you. Make yourself a better person, and you will get a blessing. Fail to do so, and you’ll be cursed in a way that makes being a beautiful woman seem like a walk in the park.”

Then his former body vanished.

One Year Later . . .

Can a Snake

You can't just leave it like that Dorothy. It deserves a better finish than that.
Please continue with it. It could end up as an Epic.

I'll do my best

my muse will have to cooperate, though.

Inspecting her new home, our anti-"hero"ine discovers ...

= The big screen TV in the study/den is configured as a display for both the home computer and the high-end laptop.

= The computers have excellent internet, but cannot access porn, entertainment or similar sites.

= The well equipped desk in the study/den has, 'front and center,' a small amount of cash, a checkbook with a 'sufficient' balance, with a note: "Allowance. One of Twelve." Also a debit card linked to the checking account. Then, a hand-held GPS that knows bus schedules.

Underneath all of these, the transcript of the Swapper's 'exit conversation' with the 'new woman.'

= The capacious bookshelves are empty.

= The entry-way has an alcove sufficient for any foul-weather gear, wet/muddy clothing; and room for a bicycle.

= >Of course< the bathroom has a vanity & decent starter-kit of makeup, etc.

= Similarly, the bedroom closet has a decent 'starter wardrobe' ranging from Business Formal through casual to leisure to a 'teeny-weenie yellow polka-dot bikini.' And there Will Be a 'First Time Today." [1] Shoe selection is meager, and bras - conspicuous for numbering exactly one.

= Also on the bed, a purse containing starter set of "feminine usuals" (but no birth control, snicker [2]), proper ID (but no driver's license), insurance cards, and a business card for a GP/OB-GYN.

= The home has no garage (but does have room for a workshop); the neighborhood does not allow overnight vehicle parking.

= The town is small, has excellent bus service, and by the powers of the Author's imagination, has all the establishments she will need.

My setup is >designed< to have her bored in under a week, and get her out and exploring.

What she finds in her wanderings may influence her salvation-path towards being 'a better person.'

I imagine a path past a /stereotype alert/ construction site, or an urgent need forcing her into a LGB{alphabet}-friendly bar.

[1] As scary as a Body Swapper is ... I don't know which is scarier - one with, or one without, a sense of humor ...

[2] As a rapist, Jake the Snake never even thought about birth control, so now ...

Medical note: Hormonal birth control is (opinion of many) bad for a woman's body. That pushes her towards an IUD, barriers (including the female condom) and spermicides.

Snakes Have No Option

They have to shed their skin. Jake is going to learn what it is like to become a different person.

Snakes and Skins

Hmm, can a "snake shed their skin" I.E. can they become a better person? Hmm.

I suppose, if the new woman manages to leave their past behind and become a better person, then their 'Blessing' might be realizing that they have found a life that they can keep because they finally respect themself. (Maybe have a family by then?)

If they don't change, well we've already seen a body swap, so why not a transformation? If they remain as they are and don't lose the attitude then over the course of the year they start slowly changing. If they recognize what is happening then doing an about face and reversing course will reverse the changes. But, if they don't . . . at the end of the year their outside reflects their inside and they have permanently become a Naga (no legs/lower half body of a snake).

That's just throwing something out their off the top of my head.
