Pygmalion, Anyone?
I see where Goethe used "Elise" as the name of Pygmalion's statue-turned-wife, rather than Galatea. Ovid apparently wrote in effect that the two lived happily ever after in "Metamorphoses".
Given 2022 technology (which of course leads to the question as to whether Elise can have any real feelings at all -- after this story started, we got the report that Microsoft Bing's non-sentient Sydney had expressed her love for a New York Times tech writer, to the point of trying to break up his marriage), Seth's not going to be able to turn Elise into a living human. Since he programmed Elise, he's probably capable of creating a Seth avatar, but would that make human-Seth feel any better?
