The 2007 Terry Awards - Final Story List
I created the Terry Awards to celebrate past stories. Older stories are too easily forgotten once they move on to the archives (back pages) and I thought that was a terrible fate.
The first attempt at the awards was for 2008, with the 2007 award list added later to go back to when voting first started.
Stories are selected according to those with the highest vote totals in their category, and they're also selected according to nominations. Nominated stories are put into the "Honorable Mention" categories.
I might not always give a lot of time for nominations ahead of time, but feel free to nominate even after the list has been posted.
There will be no monetary prizes. If your story wins an award, you simply get the satisfaction and notoriety that comes from winning. This isn't really a contest. It's more of a living archive. That's how I like to think of it anyway.
Entries within each category are sorted alphabetically by title.

Thanks also for adding the story links. One of them is broken but I'll fix it.
I moved "Being Christina Chase" to the "Romance" category. It's marked as being romantic and the "Romance" category could use more stories.

Nominations, Not Votes
I used vote totals to determine which stories to put in my list. The exception is the honorable mention category. For those stories, I wanted nominations. I realize I didn't give readers a lot of time but I'm leaving nominations open for an indeterminant length of time to give every story a chance. If you'd like to nominate a story, please send me a private message here and I'll see about adding it to the honorable mention list.
