And now the story resumes........

Everyone was wondering what would happen when the child was born. In this world, women run every part of the government. ӬMen of the world do the (as some would say, women's work blah blah) domestic work.

Oh, the women of the world would help, every now and then. Still it was the men that do virtually all of it, every day. All in the castle were hoping that a girl would be born so the thorn would be passed on. The law states that no man can take the thorn. If a male is born, and has the ability to change their body completely, and they will never turn male again, the throne would be theirs.

After 9 months of labor, the judgment day, in their eyes was upon them. Mary was taken to the hospital inside the castle.Ӭ Her life partner Jane told her.

"Ready for the big day?" Mary sighed and said,

"Yes please" Jane giggled. Then Mary said,

"It's your turn next time" then giggled, herself.

We will skip the birth process. (Yippee) Most of the council was there to see the child born. A male child was delivered.ӬAll were saddened by this, but they all hoped he possessed the ability to change into a full female and would embrace it for all of his life.

At the same time, just a few rooms down, the Kit family had just given birth to a healthy boy.
The Kit family was related to Jane; Kim was her younger sister. When Jane went to check on her kid sister, she saw that she'd had a boy as well. Kim asked Jane,

"How is Mary doing, and is the child a girl, or a boy, and what did they name it?" Kim asked her big sister.

"Mary is doing ok, all things considered, and a boy was born. His name is Kelly." Jane sighed.

She asked Kim, "So how are you holding up, Kiddo?"

Kim said, rather loudly. "STOP calling me that!"

"Touchy, touchy! I asked a simple question and you go crazy on me."

Kim sighed, then went on to tell her "I am doing fine, thank you very much, and we just had a boy as well. His name is Tony."
