or not, Brizzle is once again gripped by horrid weather, this time 40+mph winds driving the albeit otherwise light rain, through everything!

I seem to be on the back leg of my dose of flu, its not been terrible but its killed my appetite and befuddled my grey matter so i've got nothing done and my riding plans have been left in tatters. I did get out for a short ride with Aunty Bev yesterday but no ride on Thursday and under 40km to Bath and back has left me a bit frustrated ahead of my Birthday ride on Tuesday. My appetite is improving but there is no way i could face a full on dinner atm - oh how i hate being under the weather!

This morning i have put up Tragedy, chapter 28 of Smell of the Crowd, the current Gaby book. It's not the happiest of days for BlauHase but it could've been worse.

Hopefully this coming week will be better, the highlight for me being Tuesday when to celebrate another year i'll be doing a reasonably long Birthday Ride, at least a mile for every year is the plan, the forecast looks fair so fingers crossed. I'm hopeful of getting some more writing done, the brain fug is clearing and i'm conscious that i've sunk into a bit of a black hole of enthusiasm.
